It may start with a short Satsang, where he may include a short talk about different aspects that may appear in a practice, related to our behavior or day to day life. -> Philosophy, Yama, Niyama, Adavaita Morning classes might include a short Practice of Pranayama, Kryia or Breathing Exercises. Followed by lubrication of joints, releasing of certain tensions in nodes of the body, important intersections, preparing the body. It is a class fundamentally rooted in Hatha, but sometimes he's adding elements from various traditions. Before moving into what is referred as Sun Salutation, he may use different techniques to bring some extra heat in the body. Once the body is warm, breath active, focus is on, mind silent; Asana - sequence of postures begins. Internalizing the attention, directing the attention to different points, until you can relax even the attention and move into Awareness. In the end of the class, Shavasana; he may instruct, towards what is referred as Pure Self, Consciousness, Pure Being, The State outside the realm of Concepts, where all experience is perceived. Not everybody can move into Stillness at will, directly, therefore he is using this practices to lead into that. "The classes, almost everybody can do. It is true i also try to push their limits. I don't want couch-spiritual, dull bodies; but if the practice is dynamic or still, you can handle both." Be gentle, be aware, respect the limitation of your body, don't break anything in the process.
