Service Description
AUM Luxembourg and Factory 4 are working together for you to have new places for practice. Enjoy a 1 day Pass at Factory 4 for only 25 euro. You can join Oana's Class from 18.00-19.00 and enjoy the Wellness Space of Factory 4 - Sauna / Hammam or enjoy all their facilities for 1 day. The Yoga Class with Oana is based on Hatha Yoga sequence. Oana's classes are more of a classical approach to Yoga. Keeping it simple, with an accurate technique for the best effects. It is regularly a slow paced class, suitable also for beginners, emphasizing on strength, flexibility and balance. A gradual absorption of Attention into the Self. All postures are done with awareness, where breath, movement and attention become one.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure a safe practice and a respectful environment try to follow this guidelines: -Wear comfortable clothes -Try to have at least 3-4 h gap in between meals and attending a class -If you need to leave the class sooner, please do so before Shavasana, when everyone is trying to rest so you don't disturb your collogues - Keep your phone on Mute and avoid having conversation during the class. -Maintain an adequate level of hygiene. -If you are sick (cold, fever, covid etc) , better to rest than to spread it to others. Booking / Canceling: Please try to reschedule or cancel in between the set time frames. Booking is done max 14 days in advance. The cancelation time frame is 4 h before class, giving chances for other colleagues to join, in case you cannot. Thank you! Have a great practice!
