Service Description

Pilates is a method of controlled movements. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

Cancellation Policy

Please try to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hr in advance. Anything beyond this limit is non refundable. Canceling last minute, we might not have enough time to fill that space. We are sending in advance a list, with the nr of participants, for which the Kitchen is preparing extra food, that will go to waste.
