Total Body Conditioning is a full-body workout that is designed to increase strength, mobility, stability, endurance, cardiovascular fitness and sporting performance. Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. TBC involve a high energy, high impact workout and typically involves a combination of aerobics and toning, using body weight.

Since Covid, places are few, canceling the last minute we don't have enough time to fill that space. You will be charged 1 credit in case of scheduling beyond that time frame.
