Service Description
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of Yoga, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. (*between 2 - 6 min) It is a sequence of postures that are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese Medicine and Nadis in Hatha Yoga. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body (the tendons, fascia and ligaments), with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to Yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence.

Please try to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hr in advance. Anything beyond this limit is non refundable. Canceling last minute, we might not have enough time to fill that space. We are sending in advance a list, with the nr of participants, for which the Kitchen is preparing extra food, that will go to waste.
