This Saturday you have the Opportunity to Experience Samuel's approach to Yoga and Self Deeply Inspired by his Yoga Teachers in Rishikesh-India and some of his most beloved Masters: Sadhguru and Mooji Samuel is an experienced yoga instructor based in Luxembourg, known for his integrative approach that combines Yoga with the Non-Dualistic philosophy of Advaita Vedanta.  His teaching emphasizes not just physical postures but also spiritual exploration, aiming to guide students toward self-realization.   What Awaits You: An All Level Yoga Class rooted in Hatha Yoga which incorporates elements from various traditions and Styles; including Asana -physical practice, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditative practices. A typical session may start with a short Satsang—a philosophical discussion—followed by asana sequences designed to internalize attention and cultivate inward awareness.  The practice culminates in Shavasana, where students are guided toward experiencing purer forms of consciousness beyond Conceptual Thought. Samuel experiences Yoga as a mean to discover the Self, which he views as inherently perfect and complete, as a State.
