Service Description
You don’t need to carry all those tensions with you. There are ways to release physical, mental, and emotional tension—while strengthening your body, improving your posture, and supporting your overall well-being. Through Yoga, Pilates, and Total Body Conditioning, we offer practical solutions to help you feel better in your body. Strengthen your ligaments, support your back, and move with more ease. Nobody has to remain in a state of discomfort or carry accumulated tension day after day. There is a solution—it simply takes a bit of consistent practice. This is your opportunity to start letting go of that energetic luggage. Give it a try. Practice a recorded class at your own pace, according to your own physical needs and limitations. You can stop, rewind, or repeat the techniques until they truly work for you. For best results, explore a variety of classes: Yoga, Pilates, and Total Body Conditioning. Each week, you’ll receive an email with access to 10 different classes. The next week is on us. Just send us an email saying you’d like to test the classes.
