💥 Samuel "More than 13 years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet passionate and authentic Yoga teachers in Rishikesh, India. That is where the foundations of Yoga were laid within me. Later, discovering Sadhguru's practices and Mooji's guidance deepened and strengthened that understanding. They helped me realize what Yoga is truly about. Over the years, I travelled, practiced in different places, and explored many approaches. But when I experienced Yogasanas in their classical form, something simply settled within me. There is a kind of intuitive knowing. Imagine you have never tasted a truly ripe, organic tomato. The moment you do, something inside you immediately recognizes what a tomato is supposed to taste like, smell like, and look like. The same is true for Yoga. After eating supermarket fruit—even the best quality—it can never compare to fruit that has grown naturally, in the right soil, with the right sun, water, climate, and care. In the same way, I hope you have the spiritual taste buds to recognize the beauty of Yogasanas and Surya Kriya when they are transmitted in their true classical form. I fell in love with the simplicity, the precision, and the integrity of this practice. We are truly fortunate to have a wonderful teacher who is able to transmit it in its pure form—with clarity, authenticity, and without distortion.
